Job summary

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Yorkshire Supported Living, Huddersfield.

Supported Living in Huddersfield (Ashfield) provides six tenancies. The service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association.
