Cygnet Group are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care to join our team at Willow House. Youll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Willow House. The Service: Willow House is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs behaviours that may challenge. We also support people who have associated mental and physical health needs, including those with a secondary diagnosis of autism. With our in-house qualified Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses (RMNs and RNLDs), we can provide specialist nursing care and support, which is tailored to the needs of the individual. We can also offer bespoke packages including Speech and Language Therapy input for individuals that may require it. We aim to promote increased independence and community integration for the individuals in our care.
