We are looking for a confident Registered Home Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working full time, 40 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Sycamores. The Sycamores is a 9 bedded community rehabilitation (level 1) residential service for men that have been able to progress through the hospital pathway at rehabilitation and recovery hospitals.

We are looking for a Registered Home Manager for one of our residential services, The Sycamores in South Normanton, Derbyshire.

The Sycamores is a 9 bedded community rehabilitation (level 1) residential service for men that have been able to progress through the hospital pathway at rehabilitation and recovery hospitals.

Your Day-to-Day Provide strong & effective leadership Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both resident care & employee engagement Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met Implement risk assessment, risk management & embed clinical governance Lead on appropriate investigations as required Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth.

You will be registered with the CQC

You are Experienced in managing & leading a team in a Social Care setting A role model & team player who can lead by example, inspire & develop others Capable of managing performance effectively & using your own initiative Experienced in working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation & professional regulations< br /> Able to undertake investigations & to manage complaints confidently & appropriately.Why Cygnet?
