Job summary

We are looking for an outstanding Regional Bank Support Worker (across the East Midlands) with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at our services across the East Midlands, including:

  • Sherwood House, Sherwood Lodge, Cygnet Hospital Sherwood Rainworth, NG21 0HR
  • Storthfield House South Normanton, DE55 3AA
  • Cygnet Manor Shirebrook, NG20 8BA
  • Cygnet Grange Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4HQ
  • Cygnet Lodge Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4LW
  • Cygnet Views Matlock, DE43JP
  • Elston House Newark, NG23 5NP
  • Birches Newark, NG24 4JD

Due to having to commute to different services, all candidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and we will ask for a copy prior to interview.

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs Report on medical & welfare needs as required
