Job responsibilities

Cygnet Kenney House is our New purpose built, Flagship Acute/PICU & Mental health rehabilitation service located in Oldham.

We are looking for an outstanding Housekeeper with a passion for making a difference to others.

You'll be working full time 40 hours a week (Including alternative weekends) at Cygnet Kenney House, helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.

Developed in collaboration with the NHS to with the aim to support women from the North West to be treated closer to home. There will be three wards at Cygnet Kenney House;

The PICU and Acute environments offer rapid access to care, supporting women to move quickly and safely through to the most appropriate and least restrictive setting.

The mental health rehabilitation and recovery ward(level 2) support individuals moving on from the Acute ward, as well as external referrals from other services such as secure, CAMHS, prison services and more.

Your day-to-day

Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness
Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes
Maintain & replenish stock and ensure that equipment is clean & well maintained
Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures
Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations
