Job summary
We are currently recruiting for an Experienced MHA Administrator to join our team at Sedgley Lodge & House, which offers a range of secure mental health services for men and women in a purpose-built therapeutic environment. You will work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm - site-based) Experienced Mental Health Act Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Cygnet Sedgley House and Cygnet Sedgley Lodge offer a 34-bed high-support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men with complex needs. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy, and dignity. Cygnet Sedgley House is a 20-bed service providing a full multi-disciplinary team (MDT) including occupational therapy, psychology and psychiatry, with support from registered nurses and support workers. We can provide support for those in the early stages of their rehabilitation journey, including one-to-one support where needed. We offer activities and therapies on-site, as well as accessing community resources. When the time is right, individuals can move to Cygnet Sedgley Lodge, a 14-bed service that provides increased independence and a more outward-looking community-based programme. This part of the service also benefits from a full MDT, including their own Consultant Psychiatrist.
