We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Gables.

Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each individuals specific need.

Main duties of the job
Your day-to-day
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
