Job responsibilities

We are looking for a confidentDay Support Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Please note for this role you do need to hold a full UK driving licence to be able to drive our minibusses.

Youll be working 42hours a week,12 hour day shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Nightingale.

Nightingaleis a 10 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
