We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

For this role you will be required to drive our minibuss' for external activities. This does mean for insurance purposes, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and to have held this for over 2 years. Please only apply if you have this.

Youll be working 42hoursa week, day shifts only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Pines.

Pines is a 7 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
