We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, nights only, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gotts Park.

Yorkshire Supported Living - Gotts Park - is a new supported living service in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We support individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
