Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Internal Healthcare Recruitment team on a full time basis. This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in our brand new office, located in Birmingham City Centre. The other 3 days will be working from home. We also offer a performance based quarterly bonus!

Main duties of the job

As part of a team of 20, you will be responsible for advertising and sourcing vacancies across various media for different services across the country, liaising with Service Managers and HRBP's to ensure you are working towards agreed recruitment targets.

Job responsibilities

Cygnet have been providing a national network of high quality specialist mental health services for more than 30 years.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Internal Healthcare Recruitment team on a full time basis.

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in our brand new office, located in Birmingham City Centre. The other 3 days will be working from home.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Advertising of vacancies across various media
  • Sourcing candidates for vacancies across various media
  • Liaising with Service Managers and HRBP's to ensure you are working towards agreed recruitment targets
  • Work co-operatively with all other members of the recruitment team to ensure the department runs smoothly
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
  • Ensuring our Applicant tracking System is maintained and updated at all stages of the candidate journey
  • Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner
  • Answer candidates queries regarding the application process
  • Build candidate loyalty and engagement online and cement strong referral relationships in the local community.
  • Weekly attendance of HRBP Calls
  • Report to hiring managers and HRBPs on the status of open positions
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Regular visits to sites where required
  • Participate in job fairs where required
  • Reviewing of site agency usage on a weekly basis

You are

  • An experienced recruiter ideally with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health
  • Able to work towards and focus on agreed recruitment targets
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders within the business.
  • Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
  • Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
  • A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
  • Tenacity and creativity to fill all roles
  • Ability to build positive and proactive client and candidate relationships
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
