Job summary
Schoen Clinic Chelsea is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Addiction Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is specifically for candidates with extensive, demonstrable experience in treating substance and alcohol abuse. The successful applicant will provide specialist assessment and evidence-based therapy for individuals and groups, contribute to the delivery of our addiction program, and play a key role in shaping best-practice treatment pathways within the clinic.
Main duties of the job
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapyfor clients with substance and alcohol abuse.
Conduct specialist addiction assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans,and monitor client progress.
Actively participate in MDT meetings, providing expert input into care planning and program decisions.
Contribute to the development, evaluation, and continuous improvementof the clinics addiction services.
Provide clinical consultation, mentorship, and supervision to junior clinicians or therapy assistants as required.
