About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for Nursing Associates to join our dynamic team in Sherwood Primary Care Network. Whilst a qualified Nursing Associate would be preferred, we would also be interested to hear from any candidates who are currently Student Nurse Associates, or anyone interested in becoming a Student Nursing Associate (Students pay range is £22,816 - £24,336). PICS is supporting Student Nursing Associates with their University studies through an apprenticeship.
Sherwood PCN includes the following GP Practices:
- Abby Medical Group
- Bilsthorpe Surgery
- Hillview & Farnsfield Surgery
- Major Oak Medical Practice
- Middleton Lodge Practice
- Sherwood Medical Partnership
We are looking for a Nurse Associates who are enthusiastic about providing high quality care in primary care. The role will involve closely working with an Enhanced Practice Nurse, delivering care to housebound patients. The postholder will require a degree of flexibility to fit the needs of the service.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Nurse Associate registered with NMC
- Nurse Associate Foundation Degree
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent
