We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Associate to join our dynamic team in Rosewood PCN
Rosewood Primary Care Network includes the following GP Practices:
- Acorn Medical Practice, NG18 1QA
- Churchside Medical Practice, NG18 1QB
- Forest Medical Group, NG19 6AB
- Millview Surgery, NG18 5PF
- Roundwood Surgery, NG19 0EG
We are looking for two Nurse Associates who are enthusiastic about providing high quality care in primary care. One role will predominantly involve working with a Community Practice Nurse, delivering care to housebound patients. The postholder will also work alongside the Learning Disability Nurse Practitioner helping hard to reach patients to access primary care services. The other role will be predominantly working in the five PCN practices to deliver primary care nursing services as part of the practice nurse teams. Both roles will require a degree of flexibility to fit the needs of the service.
Whilst a qualified Nursing Associate would be preferred, we would also be interested to hear from any potential candidates who are currently Trainee Nursing Associates, or anyone interested in becoming a Trainee Nursing Associate (Trainee Band 3). PICS is supporting Trainee Nursing Associates with their University studies

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent
- Nursing Associate 2 year foundation degree qualification (preferred, but Trainees will be considered)
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register (preferred, but Trainees will be considered)
