Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a PWP with experience in weight management or eating disorders to deliver care within a mixed clinical approach. You will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), combining consultant-led care with specialist dietetics and psychology.
Main duties of the job
Clinical Delivery: Provide remote 1-to-1 weight management support via phone, video, and the Oviva app, focusing on behavioral changes in eating and activity.
Assessment & Formulation: Conduct psychological assessments and create individual formulations for Tier 3 patients, including screening for Binge Eating Disorder.
MDT Collaboration: Work alongside dietitians to provide integrated lifestyle change input based on clinical expertise and NICE guidelines.
Risk Management: Autonomously manage clinical risk and maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and data protection.
Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical records and meet all CPD and BABCP registration requirements.
Content Creation: Develop internal or patient-facing clinical content for the service as needed.
