Job summary
Symphony Healthcare Services is looking for a permanent, part time Healthcare Assistant to join Wincanton Health Centre in Wincanton, Somerset.
Ideal applicants will have a genuine passion for patient care, the ability to communication effectively, combined with sound organisational skills; to ensure they manage their own time and workload well, while delivering timely patient care.

The vacant hours are 16 to 20 per week.
Working patterns (times / days) will be discussed at interview stage.
The rate of pay for this role is £12.69 to £12.95, and starting salaries will be offered based on previous experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Interviews will be held in November 2025 with the successful applicant expected to start early January 2026.
Main duties of the job
Working under the direct supervision of the Lead Nurse / Practice Nurse and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the Healthcare Assistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
You will have significant experience of working in primary care and be competent in all healthcare assistant duties.
