Symphony Healthcare Services has a vacancy for a Practice Nurse to join the team at Exmoor Medical Centre in Dulverton, Somerset.

You'll be a key member of our nursing team, delivering high-quality patient care, alongside a committed and supportive team.

This is a permanent, part time post of 23 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Working pattern (days and hours) will be discussed at interview.

The annual salary for this post is £40,555.63 - £43,357.6 per annum (pro rata for part time hours); plus many excellent employee benefits (see attached poster for more information).

Main duties of the job

As a Symphony Practice Nurse, you will focus on supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring long-term conditions, health prevention and screening activities in line with the objectives and vision of Symphony Healthcare Services. They will work collaboratively with the whole general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
