Endoscopy Decontamination Supervisor
Location: Denmark Hill, London
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + up to 12% annual bonus
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Decontamination Supervisor to join our Endoscopy Decontamination team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our decontamination services operate smoothly and meet the highest regulatory standards. Reporting to the Endoscopy Decontamination Manager, you will supervise a team of technicians, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with key industry guidelines, including JAG Guidance and HTM01-06.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the technician workforce in delivering safe, effective, and timely decontamination services.
Act as the Deputy Designated User, ensuring compliance with HTM01-06.
Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and validation.
Collaborate with clinical teams to align service delivery with operational needs.
Train and appraise staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
Contribute to audits, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety protocols.
