Job summary

The IMPL will be competent to offer an effective Purchase to Pay (P2P) support service to end users. Requisitions are assessed and turned into Purchase Orders using experience, knowledge and guidelines with a high level of accuracy and usage trends are identified. Manage Inventory effectively, minimising waste and loss. Influence end users to help standardise and rationalise products and services. Assist senior colleagues to implement change to continuously improve the service, enhance customer experience and increase knowledge and expertise.

Main duties of the job

Key Accountabilities:

All activity is compliant with SFIs Aim to Zero errors in order processing and numbers of product variations

Catalogue maintained and up to date

Stock is managed effectively and efficiently Increase in

We are currently looking for a leader within our Supply Chain directorate.This being an Inventory Management and Purchasing Lead.

The candidate will ensure an effective Purchase to Pay (P2P) support service to end users.

Requisitions are assessed and turned into Purchase Orders using experience, knowledge and guidelines with a high level of accuracy and usage trends are identified. Manage Inventory effectively, minimising waste and loss. Influence end users to help standardise and rationalise products and services.

Assist senior colleagues to implement change to continuously improve the service, enhance customer experience and increase knowledge and expertise.

We are looking for individuals who can provide an effective Purchase to Pay (P2P) support service to end users.

Good overall standard of education including minimum GCSE C grade English and Mathematics. Procurement / Supply Chain qualification would be desirable
