Job summary
We are seeking a Project Support professional who will be required to effectively deliver on the following:
Education & Training: To coordinate, develop, administer and monitor the effectiveness of Education & Training programmes for our colleagues in Abuja, Nigeria and for staff based in other International Facilities as part of the KCH-network, including facilitating multi-disciplinary, cross-specialty education both in person and online.
Responsible for the event management of a suite of training programmes and the provision of project support and administration support to education and training team.
Coordination:
To coordinate and manage key administrative functions for Education & Training projects across the participating organisations/individuals, connecting those involved in and interested in healthcare education.
Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including subject matter experts and video production companies, for the creation of virtual training material.
Provide project support and coordination of necessary activities for education and training deliverables at International partner hospitals.
Support for BD Manager for coordination (and selling) of training programmes internationally.
Be the main point of contact for the application, recruitment and deployment process for established Kings training programmes such as Kings International Fellowship, Observerships, Honorary Placements and Masterclasses.
Main duties of the job
Other Areas of Responsibility include:
Service Administration:
To prepare marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, reports and flowcharts related to education and training and event management.
To support training programmes that include mandatory e-learning training programmes, virtual seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.
To administer and run on-site (KCH) Education & Training Programmes such as Clinical Observerships, Honorary Placements, KCS International Fellowships and Train the Trainer sessions.
To liaise with individuals and assist them with relevant paperwork, organising observership contracts, assisting with General Medical Council, Nursing and Midwifery licensing when/if required.
To provide excellent customer service, consultancy advice and meet and greet services.
To develop Bespoke Training Packages to individuals or groups and align them with international standards, focusing on the individuals or the groups development through upskilling and providing the opportunity for formal qualifications in country, in the UK or both.
To liaise with KCH clinicians and subject matter experts regarding Education & Training courses delivery either in the UK or in Nigeria and for staff based in other International Facilities as part of the KCH-network.
To schedule training sessions, video recording sessions, organise information technology and other equipment, and manages programmes enrolment.

is a role with lots of variety and ad-hoc demands and therefore the post-holder
will possess excellent time management and planning skills. This post may
develop over time, to meet the specific needs of the unit and the changing
demands of the service.
