Job summary
The Clinical Team Leader has delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical areas including assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care and the setting of standards on a shift basis and in the authorised absence of the Deputy Matron/Unit Manager.
In conjunction with the senior team, the clinical team lead will be responsible for promoting an environment conductive to individuals and teams to development ensuring the delivery of high standards of patient care in line with clinical governance.
They will be easily identifiable, accessible and a key figure to whom patients and their families can turn to for assistance, advice, and support.
