Job summary
The Role
To provide an efficient and proactive administrative support service to the Deputy Service Manager and MSK Physiotherapy Team. Reporting to the Deputy Service Manager.
Greeting patients and assisting them to access physiotherapy treatment. Booking patients and taking payments.
Working as part of a team of management and physiotherapists delivering NHS and private patient contracts across Lincolnshire.
Main duties of the job
Dealing with telephone and email queries from the management team, admin team and healthcare professionals
Working with the management team to complete important tasks and meet deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Any other ad-hoc tasks required by team
