Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT: To deputise in the absence of the Hotel Services Manager in order toprovide an efficient and high quality service. Responsible for the supervision of all junior staff within the Cateringdepartment on a daily basis. Responsible for authorisation of clock cards and time sheets, liaising withthe Payroll dept in respect of any welfare/salary queries/complaints. Responsible for the compilation of monthly turnaround documents andforwarding to the Payroll department for processing.
