We are looking for a caring, pragmatic and enthusiastic team member who is self sufficient and who can use their own initiative to join our team to help provide medical services across Lincolnshire.

Enhanced Access Services are provided at one of our many Hubs located in Boston, Louth, Skegness and Mablethorpe.

Working hours will be evenings and weekends.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include providing reception support and other tasks within the service hours and during evenings and weekends.

1. Secure management of Hub sites access/exit procedure.

2. Supporting clinicians with Chaperoning during appointments when required.

3. Managing the appointment booking system confidentially with a high level of accuracy.

4. Greeting patients and booking them on the system.

5. Ensuring the Hub/reception checklist is actioned and any issues are reported to the Operations/General Manager by the end of the shift.

6. Monitoring stock levels, and contacting the Operations Manager if stock is required.

7. Providing any other receptionist/administrative tasks as set out by the Operations Manager/General Manager i.e. answering emails, raising patients referrals.

8. Ensuring all Enhanced Access Hub equipment is designated to its relevant area, accessible for staff at the start of the shift and put away at the end of shift, including items such as prescriptions.

9. Dealing with Enhanced Access patient queries.

10. Assisting the clinicians with calling IT/LADMS On call when any issues arise.
