Norwich Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced ANP Prescriber to provide excellent clinical care to our patient cohort registered at Norwich Health Centre, Rouen Road, Norwich.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate is required to practice independently, assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis.

They should demonstrate safe clinical decision making, management plan, prescribing and work collaboratively with general practice team to meet the needs of the patients. They should have good experience assessment and management skills and will be supported by GPs and other clinicians onsite. There will be dedicated time for supervision and admin during working hours to support your role.

GP experience or secondary care experience in an emergency or acute setting in preferred.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualification and independent prescribing is required.
