Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Development of a BI Strategy
Objective: Establish a cohesive BI strategy, covering technology, hosting, and data governance.
Development and Embedding of Internal Management Information Reporting
Objective: Enable effective delivery and performance monitoring across the organisation through accurate insights.
Development of BI as a Service
Objective: Enhance decision-making at General Practice level, aiding practices in resource acquisition and change advocacy.

Norfolk Primary Care is a Community Interest Company dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to the Norfolk community. We are committed to improving access to healthcare services and promoting health and well-being for all members of our community. Our members are GP practices in the Norfolk and Waveney region.
Our aims and objectives are to:
- Sustain the delivery of Primary Care, while supporting workforce development and improving access to Primary Care for patients.
- Support and strengthen Primary Care and to promote and assist practices to improve quality, by working with and on behalf of Primary Care in Norfolk.
- Help with challenges identified by practices workload, GP recruitment, sharing best practice, at scale working.
- Recognise the changing nature of Primary Care and assist to ensure that the right level of service is provided to address the needs of the local population.
- Provide benefit to patients of Primary Care, the clinicians and administrators who work in it and practice organisations in Norfolk.
- Work within health systems to provide patient care in innovative and solution-focussed ways.
