ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• No specific qualifications are required, but experience in caring for older people is essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide all the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
