ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people is required, as well as a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the compassion to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
