ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in caring for older people. Strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a willingness to learn and develop are also essential. While formal qualifications are not strictly required, any relevant training or certifications in care work would be advantageous.
