ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for the Care Assistant role, you will need to have some previous experience in caring for older people. A compassionate and can-do attitude, along with strong communication skills, are essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide the necessary training and development to help you thrive in this role.
