Main duties of the job
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the care home, from ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to overseeing the delivery of exceptional care. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results. You will also be required to possess excellent organizational and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance guidelines.
