• To be a successful Home Manager at Barchester, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will also need excellent organizational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
