Job summary
This role as a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship, and ensuring the highest standard of care and support for all residents. The position requires working alternate weekends and day shifts only.

As a Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-on-one time.
