ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for this position, you'll need to have some previous experience in caring for older people, along with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Empathy, compassion, and the ability to deliver the highest standard of care are essential for this role.
