ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a Care Assistant, you'll need some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, can-do approach. Barchester will provide the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
