Essential

• To be a Home Manager at Barchester, you will need inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. Excellent organizational and management skills, as well as experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, are also required.
