Barchester Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join their Regulation and Quality Improvement Team on a temporary 12-month contract, with the potential to extend to a permanent position. The role involves providing regulatory administrative support, including collating and completing application documentation, maintaining records, and liaising with various teams within the organization.
Main duties of the job
The Regulatory Administrative Support role at Barchester Healthcare involves a variety of responsibilities, such as collating and completing application documentation to support regulatory registration requirements, ensuring the accuracy of the Statement of Purpose for each service, processing external inspection reports, and liaising with General Managers and Hospital Directors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records of planned annual leave for the team and making stationery orders as required. This is a home-based, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position.
