ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• You will need some experience of caring for older people, as well as a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Empathy, compassion, and a warm-hearted approach are essential to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
