ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people. You should possess excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Formal qualifications in healthcare or social care are not essential, but may be beneficial.
