Job summary

Operational Trainers play a key role in ensuring the continued delivery of Good and Outstanding care, by ensuring every member of staff is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person-centred and compassionate manner.
Main duties of the job
As an Operational Trainer at Barchester, you will be responsible for providing induction and development training to approximately 5 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region. You will be one of the initial points of contact between Barchester and new staff members, and you should demonstrate a passion for your role and the Barchester ethos. This varied position will provide the opportunity to witness the skilled progression of staff from their first day throughout their Barchester career. The role is home-based, but will involve travel around a specific region.
