Job summary
This is a Clinical Leadership Opportunity for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration to join a 60-bedded nursing home and lead the night care team. The role involves delivering clinical care to high standards, implementing safeguarding policies, overseeing care plans, and providing coaching, training, and mentoring to the team.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver clinical care to the high standards the organization is known for. You'll be responsible for ensuring the care is in line with all regulations, implementing safeguarding policies, and overseeing the creation of care plans. This role will see you using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects, and evolve care levels to ensure every resident's needs are met. You'll also be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentoring to the team to keep them updated on the latest clinical developments.
