Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. They will use excellent communication skills to network within the local community and raise the profile of the home, generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The role also involves supporting local and wider marketing activities, identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance, and representing Barchester and the care home in a friendly and professional manner.
