ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To join Barchester Healthcare as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You should also possess empathy, compassion, and the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all the residents.
