Main duties of the job
As a Quality Improvement and Regulation Manager, you will be responsible for auditing care homes on a regular schedule to identify and drive sustainable quality and service improvements. Your role will involve reviewing care plans, checking on kitchens, and supporting staff in Barchester's services. You will also spend time with residents and their relatives, providing a key part of the corporate assurance that is relied upon by the Executive Team and colleagues in Operations. You will be expected to build constructive relationships with General Managers, Regional Directors, and Divisional Directors to help them achieve 'Good' or 'Outstanding' regulatory ratings.
