Job summary

Main duties of the job

The Care Assistant role involves assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories with the residents. You'll be expected to follow care plans, support residents with their food and drink, and ensure that each resident receives one-on-one time. The role is highly varied, and you can expect to undertake a range of tasks to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
