This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home. Main duties of the job

As a Bank Activities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for helping to devise and implement a wide range of activities that celebrate the lives of the residents in the care home. This will involve getting to know the residents and their families, understanding their interests and abilities, and then creating engaging and enjoyable programmes that promote physical, mental and social wellbeing. You'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable, with strong organisational skills and a driven mindset to ensure that activities are well-planned and executed. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire both residents and staff to get involved, both within the home and in the local community.
