ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a Care Assistant at Barchester, you will need to have previous experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Most importantly, you should have a compassionate nature and the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support to all residents.
