Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join their prestigious care home team in Bristol. Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM application, and be self-motivated and target-driven.
