ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills are required. Empathy and a compassionate nature are essential to deliver the highest standard of care.
