As Deputy General Manager of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care the organization is known for. Main duties of the job
The Deputy General Manager role involves leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You'll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals. The role requires experience in helping residents with different health needs, a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and risk assessments, HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management. The successful candidate will also need to be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
